A parent or legal guardian must accept for a participant under 18. Participants must provide accurate safety information and follow reasonable directions. Nothing in these Terms removes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Booking Person must disclose all information relevant to safe participation including conditions, allergies, injuries, medication and access needs.
7+ days before: refund or full Booking Credit. 48hrs to 7 days: transfer or Booking Credit. Less than 48hrs: fee normally forfeited. Credits valid 12 months.
All Benchmark Team Members hold a current Queensland Blue Card. Participants must follow safety directions and treat all people with respect.
Activities involve running, jumping, throwing and team drills. Risks include slips, falls and muscle strain. The Participant or Parent/Guardian acknowledges these inherent risks.
